**IN-PERSON** MI Treasury - Property Transfers, City of Bay City

The Michigan Department of Treasury, through the State Tax Commission (STC), offers this eight-hour Property Transfers course to provide assessing officers and technicians with an in-depth understanding of the laws governing property ownership transfers. It focuses on the critical administrative task of determining when a property's Taxable Value should be "uncapped" under Proposal A.
