Join us for Laughter Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing to discover the benefits of integrating your favorite practices!
Take a journey into the soul, offering a path to wellness and spiritual connection. You’ll get 30 minutes of Laughter combined with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra with the healing benefits of Sound.
The frequency and vibration from your laughter gives your mind the ability to find a deep and healing meditation that allows the healing energy of sound to fully integrate. It’s a complete mind-body experience. Laugh, release, relax, and rejuvenate with this blend of wonderfully paired yogic traditions.

Everyone can participate, as the class can be modified for all ages and disabilities.
