Intro to Charting for Young Women teaches young women how to develop as a whole woman, 3 superpowers of women, and how to chart.
About this Event

Join Sami Conway, CFCP, as she teaches mothers and daughters to begin charting natural menstrual cycles. This class is for 9-15 year old girls who have had at least 1 period.

In this class, young women will be taught that their bodies and their fertility are beautiful, as they are introduced to period care. Tips will also be given for what is normal, what is not, and when to ask for medical help for periods and hormones.

This small group class invites young women to attend and each young woman's ticket includes free admission for their mother (or other maternal figure). It also includes basic charting materials to get started charting the menstrual cycle on a daily basis. If after attending this session you are interested in signing up for individualized follow-up sessions, you can do so at the end of the presentation.
