CLASS SCHEDULE
FIRST EIGHT WEEKS:
• Wednesday and Friday | Lecture and Lab | 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
FINAL FOUR WEEKS:
• Wednesday and Friday | Clinical Instruction | 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Tuition is waived for those selected. Students will also have the opportunity to apply for Patient Care Tech (PCT) positions at Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional upon completion of the program.
• If offered a PCT position, we ask that the team member commit to at least two years of employment at Cooper University Health Care.
• Upon completion, the student will be eligible to sit for certification as a Patient Care Technician through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
REQUIREMENTS:
• One letter of recommendation from a previous employer
or teacher.
• There will be an interview process before potential
candidates are selected.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Attendance for the duration of the program.
