If you or someone you care for has diabetes, this workshop is for you! Living with diabetes can sometimes feel overwhelming. The good news is that there are things you can do to feel better and take control of your health.

6-Week Session (Wednesdays)

Dates: October 16th - November 20th

(10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/16, 11/13, 11/20)

Time: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

During the 6 sessions, you will learn how to:

• Set goals for your health - and stick to them!
• Understand what your blood sugar level is telling you
• Make your diet work for you, not against you
• Manage stress and difficult emotions
• Exercise to take care of your health
• Learn to talk with your doctor about your symptoms

All participants will receive a free reference book, Living a Health Life with Chronic Conditions, and a relaxation CD.
