You’ll also receive a detailed informational handout, my tried-and-true tips, and plenty of time for Q&A. Come hungry because you will also get to sample my sourdough bread flavors as well!

• One full loaf that has been stretched and folded and placed in a basket/bowl ready to bake the next day.
• One full loaf you have stretched and folded but will need to be placed in a bowl or basket after you get home.

This class is held in my home so please be respectful of that. Street parking is available :)

** CLASS REQUIREMENT: You DO NOT have to bring this to the class you just need to have one at home. You must purchase a 6 Quart Dutch Oven Pot before coming to this class because you will be leaving with sourdough bread that will need to be baked the next day. OR you can come to the class with a 9x5 loaf pan and I can show you how to bake sourdough bread in a loaf pan, but this pan must be brought to the class.
