IN-PERSON - Ekphrastic Writing Workshop with Dr. Julia Kolchinsky
About this Event
THIS EVENT IS IN-PERSON!
TICKETS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5, AT 9AM
How does language respond to art and life? In this generative workshop, award-winning poet, scholar, and Denison University Professor of Creative Writing Dr. Julia Kolchinsky will guide participants in looking closely at works in the exhibition to explore how they can be engaged, captured, and deepened through poetry. You’ll discover how another artist’s composition can be the catalyst for your own stories or songs.
Attend in person or join remotely via Zoom. Registration for either option is required. Sign up at riffegallery.eventbrite.com to secure your seat.
