The Jane Austen Society of North America - Nebraska invites you to join our in-person discussion of "Northanger Abbey" by Jane Austen.
August 8, 2026 @ 1:30-3:30 p.m.
This event will be held at the South Omaha Library. Snacks and tea will be provided. Feel free to bring your own tea cup!
Every year, our region chooses a book to discuss. We divide the book into sections and do a deep dive into those chapters each month. You are not required to reach the chapters in order to attend!
For 2026, our book is Northanger Abbey. In August, we will discuss chapters 24-27. Discussion will be led by Evelyn Schmidt.
