Come for the insider gossip, the writing tips, and the spicy story teases, and stay for the laughs, the selfies, and the tiny bottles of cinnamon courage she always keeps on hand.
The event includes author conversation, audience Q & A, personalized book signing and photos.
General admission ticket cost includes a pre-signed copy of Take a Number and entry into the event.
Event books will be PRE-SIGNED, and you will receive your pre-signed book upon check in, along with any other books you choose to purchase.
Doors open at 12:30pm; conversation and Q & A runs from 1:00pm-2:00pm

Denise Williams wrote her first book in the second grade. I Hate You and its sequel, I Still Hate You, featured a tough, funny heroine; a quirky hero; witty banter; and a dragon. Minus the dragons, these are still the books she likes to write. After penning those early works, she finished second grade and eventually earned a PhD in education. When she's not writing, reading, and thinking about love stories, she spends her days working in university administration. After growing up a military brat around the world and across the country, Denise now lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband, son, and a dog so quirky, she really needs to end up in a book.
