In-Person Coworking Session (Burke, VA)

Looking for a focused, productive space to tackle your to-do list while connecting with a like-minded community? Welcome to Pomodoro Pod, a 3-hour group coworking session designed for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and work-from-home professionals who could benefit from some structure and accountability.

How it Works

• Set Your Intentions: Kick off with a quick check-in to declare your goal(s) for the sessions.

• Work in Focused Sprints: Follow the Pomodoro technique with guided time blocks for deep work, interspersed with short, refreshing breaks. A timer will be used and silence is expected during the 4 sprints. There is a private room should you need to take a call or chat with another coworker but please be courteous to your pod people!
• Embrace Accountability: Reconnect quickly during breaks to celebrate progress and pivot as needed.

09:30 am: Arrival and Small Talk

09:45 am: Introduction and Intention Setting

10:00 am & 11:00 am: Pomodoro for 25 minutes

10:25 am & 11:25 am: Stretch, Coffee/Bathroom Break

10:30 am & 11:30 am: Pomodoro for 25 minutes

12:00 pm: Wrap up while we celebrate the progress made!
