We’ve designed this class to be completely beginner-friendly, so whether you’ve never picked up a rolling pin or you’re a seasoned home cook, you’ll feel right at home. Our fun, energetic chef-host keeps things lively and interactive, guiding you step-by-step through the process. The real goal? Laugh, learn something new, and enjoy a few glasses of wine while the sauce simmers.
This class is BYOB-friendly (totally optional)—so bring whatever you’re in the mood to sip, and we’ll take care of the rest. We keep things intimate, relaxed, and hands-on, making it the perfect low-pressure way to learn a new skill and kick off your weekend.
And the best part? Every ticket supports a local nonprofit providing free resources and services to historically marginalized communities experiencing homelessness across NYC.

Info: When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a intimate cooking space where you’ll meet your chef-host and fellow guests before we’ll walk you through the basics of pasta making and the ingredients you’ll be using. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves.

Info: Your chef-host will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta dough using simple ingredients. You’ll learn the proper ratios, mixing techniques, and how to knead the dough until it reaches the perfect texture.

Info: Once your dough is ready, you’ll roll it out and shape it into your pasta. Along the way, you’ll learn tips used in Italian kitchens to get the right thickness and texture.

Info: Once your pasta is ready, you’ll cook it and head to a toppings station with a variety of sauces, proteins, and fresh toppings to to make it exactly how you like it.

Info: As the pasta cooks and the sauce simmers, you’ll learn simple wine pairing tips to complement different pasta flavors, tasting a variety of wines from our curated collection ( BYOB Friendly).
