In this hands-on experience with Chef Cassandra, you'll mix, knead, roll, and cut your own fresh tagliatelle from scratch — then take things up a notch with pesto flavors you won't find in a jar.

We're not talking basic basil. You'll explore a trio of bold, layered pestos — classic basil, bright lemon arugula, and a smoky roasted garlic and spinach remix — discovering how a great sauce can completely transform a dish.

Our classes are casual, welcoming, and beginner-friendly — perfect for hands-on participants and those who prefer to observe or taste along the way. Your workstation will be fully prepped so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. Classes are intended for 18+.
