Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat!
In this highly interactive and hands-on class a professional Sushi Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations-A Veggie Roll, A Sake Salmon Roll and Chef Surprise "Catch of the Day" Roll
All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night. Outside drinks are not allowed. A menu of delicious pours will be available for purchase at our venue partner's Bar Moxy.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and check in. Outside drinks are not allowed. Beverages are available for purchase at our partner's bar-Bar Moxy. The Bar Moxy will offer a 2 for 1 drink special before class start time with your booking confirmation. This offer is only valid before the class begins. Parking is available in various paid lots nearby or onsite valet is offered for an additional fee.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
