In-Person Class: Chicken Tikka Masala(NYC)

Join Chef Himanshu for a flavourful, hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to master one of the most popular Indian dishes worldwide Chicken Tikka Masala. In this class, you’ll discover how to marinate and grill tender chicken, create a rich and aromatic tomato-based sauce, and balance spices to perfection. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 4.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. Outside drinks are not allowed. Beer and wine are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.
