Join Chef Milagros for a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn the techniques behind creating a beautifully decorated mini cake using smooth buttercream and classic piping methods. You'll work step by step through filling, crumb coating, and decorating your own individual cake while learning the skills needed to create elegant, professional-looking designs.
What You'll Make:
Each guest will decorate their own individual mini cake while learning essential decorating techniques, including filling and stacking cake layers, achieving a smooth buttercream finish, and mastering classic piping styles such as borders, ruffles, shells, and other decorative details. Along the way, Chef Milagros will share professional tips for creating clean finishes, balanced designs, and polished cakes that are perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or any special occasion. You'll leave with your own beautifully decorated mini cake and the confidence to recreate these techniques at home.
No experience necessary!
Whether you're planning a unique date night, looking for a fun outing with friends, or simply eager to try something new, this class offers the perfect blend of culinary education, creativity, and social connection. All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party. Each guest will decorate their own individual mini cake while sharing select ingredients and equipment with others at the table. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. Classes are intended for guests 18+.
