Authentic Tagliatelle al Pesto
About this Event

There’s nothing quite like fresh pasta-and in this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make it from scratch and pair it with one of Italy’s most beloved sauces.

You’ll start by creating a vibrant, homemade pesto using fresh basil, garlic, cheese, and olive oil, learning how to balance flavors for that perfect, bright finish.

Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves. You’ll mix, knead, and roll your own pasta dough before cutting it into delicate ribbons of tagliatelle. Along the way, you’ll pick up essential techniques to recreate this process confidently at home.

Once your pasta is cooked to perfection, you’ll bring everything together- tossing your fresh tagliatelle in your homemade pesto and learning how to plate it beautifully.

Simple, fresh, and full of flavor- just as Italian cooking should be.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
