In-person class: Authentic Handmade Faggottini (Houston)

Join us for an immersive cooking experience where we delve into the exquisite world of Italian cuisine. In this hands-on class, you will learn the traditional techniques of crafting Faggottini al Duo Formaggi pasta from scratch. Our expert chef will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to achieve the perfect consistency for Faggottini and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection. While your pasta is resting, your chef will demonstrate two complementary sauces—one will be simply cheese and pepper (Cacho e Peppe) and another will be a classic tomato and basil.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking group. Groups of 2 may be asked to share cooking stations with another group of two guests. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ please.
