As we all know so much goes into running the league.Marysville Little League Board Nominations:
An election-by-email is being conducted to elect Board of Directors for Marysville Little League to serve the coming season. We are requesting all current members to submit nominations for the Board of Directors by responding to the email [email protected] no later than 9/12/25 at 10pm pacific time.
This is how our board is chosen. Please read the entire email.
As we come to our election for the 2025-2026 Little League season, we do have an active membership and all managers, coaches/team moms and umpires are considered members. New board starts 10/1/2025!
**This is your chance to nominate any of our Board of Director positions listed below.

President
Vice president
Secretary
Treasurer
Safety Officer
Coaching Coordinator
Player Agent (one)

by Friday, September 12th at 10pm.
Any nominations turned in after that will NOT be included on the ballot or voted on at elections.
What:
Email [email protected] to nominate someone for a position above. Please include the nominees name and position.
Who:
Any manager, coach/team mom or volunteer umpire, (from this last season) and board member can nominate, vote or run for a position in the current elections. Now is the time to submit nominations to be on the ballot. Have someone in mind? Nominate them or yourself by the 9/12/25 at 10pm.
When:
Send in nominations to be on the ballot by Friday, September 12, 2025 by 10pm pacific time.
Who can vote or nominate :
ANY manager (from this season), ANY Coach/team mom (from this season), ANY volunteer umpire (from this season), and current board members. We ask that all members come to vote, it will not take long. There will be a ballot. You vote and leave and to make quorum we need you to attend voting.
VOTING: Silent/anonymous voting Sunday, September 21st 6:30-7:30pm.
Current members in good standing get a vote!
Board Positions for the 2025-2026 season.
Nominations are coming up soon. We need many positions filled! If you would like more information or are interested in joining the board please message us through here or contact any of our current board members.
These are the positions and a short description. Please reach out for questions.
President- Ensures smooth running of the entirety of the league. Maintains contact between district two and league. Attends 1 president meeting monthly.
Vice President- Second in command, helps with any and all disputes within our league
Player Agents for each division- Handles the registration process, including running all in person sign ups. Inputting all data into our data center. Creates regular season teams. Runs our evaluations for upper Division. Runs the draft for upper Division. In charge of tournament binders and paperwork.
Treasurer- Keeps our financial books up to date. Keeps track of income and expenses. One of the board members in charge of running drops to the bank weekly.
Safety Officer- creates and maintains our ASAP plan. Ensures our field and equipment is safe. Ensures all Player Safety.
Secretary- Takes meeting minutes and writes up agendas for every meeting.
Coach Coordinator- Assists President in finding managers for all divisions. In charge of maintaining contact with all managers throughout season. Host a manager meeting before the beginning on the season. Assists President and Vice President with any coaching issues.
