IN-PERSON at BIRTH CENTER - Thrive: Postpartum Class, Tuesdays, 5/5-6/9

Important things to know before you register:

• This registration is for the full in-person series, held on Tuesdays, May 5, 12, 19, 26, and June 2 and 9.

• This class series is for people who have recently given birth and have a newborn between 1 and 4 months old.
• Class takes place at Vanderbilt Birth Center.

Thrive will help you find your footing as a new parent. It will also help you confidently take one step at a time as you learn about your new role.

Each class addresses a specific topic. Guest speakers with professional experience on certain topics appear for certain weeks.

The Thrive class:

• Provides an opportunity for you to deeply connect with other new moms
• Helps you discover the new aspects of yourself as a mother
• Helps you develop the tools you need to care for your family
• Helps you find balance in the “new normal.”
