IN-PERSON: Accelerated Healing Breathwork Circle with Marlize Joubert

Join us for a powerful breathwork circle designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This experience is an invitation to gently explore what’s rising in your body and your life, areas where you may feel stuck, challenged, or ready for deeper clarity. Through awareness, intention, and breath, we’ll bring consciousness to sensations and emotions as they surface, allowing what’s been held beneath the surface to move into the light.

We’ll begin seated together in a circle to ground, connect, and check in as a community. From there, Marlize will guide a breathwork practice that supports releasing stored tension from the nervous system and opening into greater clarity, energy, and insight.

This is a space for accelerated healing, self-discovery, and expansion, held in community and supported by the collective field. Come with an open mind, a willingness to explore what’s possible, and curiosity for what may unfold.
