In Other Words Poetry Night August

Join us on 20th August at The Brunswick (main venue – fully accessible) for another night of words, warmth, and slightly organised chaos, doors opening at 7:30 pm.

Expect:
Open mic – new voices, returning voices, and the “I swore I wouldn’t do this, but here I am” voices. A headline poet bringing the feelings both big and small. A live illustrator is trying valiantly to keep up with everything happening in the room

It’s a summer evening where people show up, say things out loud, and everyone somehow ends up feeling a bit more human than when they arrived.

Come as you are, bring a friend, an ex, a neighbour, if you fancy it, and if you don’t… We’ll sit with you 💛
