In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for a powerful and heart-centered community workout experience in collaboration with HOTWORX Bolingbrook.

This special gathering is dedicated to honoring the memory of the little lives that left too soon, while uplifting the mothers who carry that love forward every single day. We recognize that grief, especially surrounding pregnancy and infant loss, is deeply connected to mental and emotional well-being—and no one should have to carry it alone.

Through intentional movement, breath, and community, we will create space for both healing and remembrance.

The experience will include a guided hot yoga vinyasa class led by Alexis Cameron, designed to support emotional release, grounding, and empowerment. Whether you’ve experienced loss, are navigating your mental health journey, or are showing up in support this space is for you.
