Join us for a tranquil morning at the Asheville Salt Cave's gardens, where you will immerse yourself in the soothing beauty of lavender, renowned for its calming and uplifting properties.
In this workshop, you will learn the art of flower pounding and create a muslin sachet filled with freshly harvested lavender. Additionally, you will be guided through the process of wrapping a lavender herb bundle, perfect for hanging in a window or enjoying for its aromatic qualities.
After the botanical session, you will move into the healing Salt Cave for a private group meditation session. The experience concludes with a sampling of herbal tea and an invitation to stroll the labyrinth, further enhancing your sense of peace and tranquility.
