You’re invited to an evening of drumming, connection, and inner awareness with Alicen Taylor, owner of Heart & Sole Healing. Alicen is a local energy worker and mentor for women. This women’s drum circle is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect to the rhythm within.This gathering is an opportunity to land back in your body, release what’s no longer serving you, and remember what truly matters. Through intentional drumming, grounding practices, and shared reflection, we’ll explore how to:

✨ Reconnect to your own rhythm—one that feels nourishing and real
