This Open Guard Camp is the next in our series of White Belt Camps! All are welcome at this white belt camp - all genders and any rank, but this will be geared toward fundamental white belt moves. Kids are welcome, but must come with a partner- either coordinate with another kid or drill with parent, coach, etc.
At all of our previous "White Belt" Camps we have had all ranks represented! This camp will be great for everyone to focus on a deep dive into open guard including guard retention, and transitions from one guard to another.

5:00 - 5:30 pm: Meet & Greet and Open Mat
5:30 - 6:30 pm: Intro, warmups, collar drag
6:30 - 7:30 pm: Square position

9:30 - 10:30 am: 2 on 1 Position
10:30 - 11:30 am: Over/under position
11:30 - 1:30 pm: Lunch - Suggestion 4 Seasons or McCallisters
1:30 - 2:30 pm: Square position
2:30 - 2:45 pm: Break
2:45 - 3:45 pm: Underhook position
3:45 - 4:00 pm: Break
4:00 - 5:00 pm: Back Control position
5:00 - 6:15 - Striking into the Takedown with Coach Adam Rector
