Parenting is hard! Finding support doesn’t have to be.Just in time for back-to-school, join our community of parents seeking to live with intention! We're taking the yoga off the mat with Jessamy Cunningham for a 6-week group coaching series in our Wellness Collective.
Coaching in this group is a partnership that is open, curious, and challenging, to help you become the parent you dream of being!
YOU get to determine the pace and where you want to be at the end of 6 weeks.
This is ideal for parents in any phase (newborn - empty nesters) who would like a brave space to talk about the challenges of transitions in parenting. Whether it's becoming a first-time parent, shifting from toddlerhood to school age, or adjusting to the stresses of communicating with a strong-willed teenager, or those children becoming young adults, this 6-week group meeting is for anyone looking for personal growth as a parent and community support.
**Only one parent per household needs to attend.**
YOU GET:
-Weekly in-person meetings on Wednesday evenings in Loomis.
-Discussions on real-life current challenges and celebrating your wins with a group facilitated with a professional coach.
-Individualized coaching plans will be created and YOU get to set your own goals and outcomes.
-Learn new skills of communication and have built-in accountability.
