About this Event

IN BLOOM: A Womb Healing & Spring Awakening Retreat

The earth is softening, and so are we.

As the Virginia Piedmont transitions into the lush vibrancy of May, we invite you to step into the tall grass, breathe with the trees, and reconnect with your inner landscape.

In Bloom is more than a retreat—it is a sacred pause. A day devoted to unfurling, releasing the remnants of winter, and honoring the womb as an energetic center of creativity, intuition, and becoming.

This space honors the womb not only as a physical center, but as a wellspring of wisdom, creation, and inner knowing—welcoming women of all lived experiences.

This is a day of raw, embodied connection—to the land, to one another, and to the deep wisdom held within your body.

The Journey

We have lovingly curated a day that flows from gentle somatic movement to ritual plant medicine, ending in the primal warmth of shared fire.

Opening Circle & Grounding
We begin by opening a sacred container. A space to be seen, heard, and held in sisterhood as we arrive fully and set intentions for our personal bloom.

Womb-Centered Yoga
A slow, nourishing, and restorative practice designed to support the pelvic bowl, soften stored tension, move stagnant energy, and ground you deeply into the present moment.

Herbal Tea Workshop
An introduction to plant allies that support the female cycle and hormonal balance. Together we’ll explore intuitive “kitchen witchery” as you hand-blend a custom tea to take home—crafted to support your body and season of life.

Golden Hour Sunset Hike: Between the workshop and dinner, we will take a gentle, guided walk through the rolling hills of the Piedmont. As the sky shifts into shades of pink and gold, we’ll move in silence, allowing the medicine of the day to integrate into our bodies while we witness the land transition from day to night.

Communal Dinner & Fire Ritual
As the sun dips behind the Piedmont hills, we gather for a nourishing farm-to-table dinner, followed by a release ritual around the bonfire—letting go of what no longer serves and making space for what is ready to bloom.

The Invitation to Stay

For those who wish to fully integrate the healing of the day, you’re invited to pitch a tent and stay the night.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the Virginia wild. Wake to dew, birdsong, and a slow, quiet morning on the land. Sometimes the most powerful medicine is simply giving yourself time.

Our land features a beautifully crafted outhouse and a hot outdoor shower to keep you comfortable.

Campers will be treated to a continental breakfast on the morning of May 3rd.
