The In Between is a six-part women’s circle for the seasons when nothing is necessarily wrong… but something is changing.
Six Wednesday evenings. A small group of 6–8 women. Space for conversation, reflection, breath, movement, music, expressive arts, and the questions that can get lost in the fullness of everyday life.

We’ll gather October through December at LiveWell Counseling & Wellness in Huntington.
