Come and learn how to work (act), play and perform without a script. These improv skills will lead you to become a better, more present actor (and human!)This class is not just for people interested in improvisation and acting. It is about being present, playing, listening, individual growth and most of all - fun.
All levels are welcome. 18 + years old, please.
12:00-2:30pm
The class will be introduced and/or reunited with the fundamental concept of “Yes, And” in improvisation. Group exercises and games will explore impulse & spontaneity, listening, being present in the moment, taking risks, finding agreement and other building blocks of improvisation, all in a supportive environment that embraces the idea of trusting yourself.
Bring a water bottle, notebook, pen, and wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement.
