Improving NHS access for people with neuro conditions in Bury

Information gathered will be fed into a report to inform both local and Greater Manchester-wide NHS work

We have agreed on 3 key areas to explore in more detail:

Your experiences of:

• Receiving information or accessing services digitally – what works and what doesn’t?
• Contacting the NHS when you need them - instead of receiving regular follow up appointments PIFU (Patient-Initiated Follow-Ups).
• Being signposted to other services and support by health professionals, especially at diagnosis.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Free parking available. Access to the building is via the lift from the car park.
