Our Improvers course is designed for those who have a basic knowledge of the yoga postures or who have been practicing a while and would like some further guidance. This four week course will gently assist you in advancing some of the postures learnt in our beginners course as well as introducing some new postures, building on strength, focus and overall confidence in your practice. We are all improvers so there is no limit to how many times you can take the course. Every day is a new experience!
