Join seasoned improvisor and stand-up comedian Kevin Elliott for a 2-hour workshop for stand-ups looking to upgrade their writing and performance using the tools of improv.

This workshop will cover:

• Structure - Strengthen your sets cohesiveness using improv techniques to harness timing, rule of 3, and call backs.

• Performance: Engage in crowd work using active listening and assumptions.

Navigate silence more effectively.

• Writing – Brainstorming and ideation skills. Using improv rules to build on what you’ve already created.

Organized by the London Improv Collective, this improv jam will be a series of short form games to practice your skills and perform with a variety of improvisors. Throw your name in the hat to get on stage or just sit and watch the magic!

Entry is free but spots are limited!

Did you just create an incredibly fun character? Did the audience love them? Now that the scene is over, that character is gone forever. Or is it? This class is all about finding innovative and surprising ways to effectively bring back characters that you or your partners have created, to keep the fun going. We’ll learn how to heighten through emotion, environment and relationship.
