Improv Session for Neurodivergent Folk

Join Scott Kingsnorth (@immakingamovie on insta), writer, comedian, artist, for a couple of hours of fun and hopefully some laughs at our improv session for neurodivergent adults.

You don't need to have acting skills or experience, or a burning desire to be a stand up comic, just game to give it a go.

Key themes of improv include 'saying yes to the idea', and 'failing in safety' - and what could get more therapeutic than that?! A great space to embrace fun and your inner free child, to practice going with the flow and not overthinking things. And if you drop a clanger, it doesn't matter because you're in good company and no one is judging!

Jo (ND Harbour CEO) will also be attending, and joining in, so if you think you'll be too awkward to go to this, she will out-do you on that front.
