Curious about improv? Keen to get more confidence in speaking? Or maybe just looking for some ways to have fun and get more creative in your life? Join us for a six week exploration of the basics of Improv, including:
- How to be playful 🥳
- How to let yourself fail (and then laugh about it) 🥲
- How to listen and be present 🧐
- How to say “Yes” (so much more interesting than saying “No”) 😁
Improv is helpful in all kinds of areas of life, including boosting confidence, creativity, leadership skills, and social and emotional skills including empathy, body language awareness, and personal interaction.
It is also a LOT of fun. You will laugh. A lot.
