Improv for Social Anxiety: 4 week workshop (Beginner Course)

Break free from social anxiety—build confidence through improv!

Curated by licensed therapist Dr. John Robbins and 2024 & 2023 “Best Comedian in Utah” winner, Craig Sorensen, this course helps you come out of your shell in a safe, judgment-free space with fun, interactive exercises.

Each session is designed to build confidence and reduce social anxiety through positive self-talk, play as self-care, and strategies to quiet self-judgment and make decisions without overthinking.

OPTIONAL SHOW - Sept 15th, 7 PM
