We’ve designed a discovery workshop to help HR managers, training managers, and business owners uncover how improv techniques, exercises and even games can shift your training from the boring, presentation-style rut to an interactive, fun-filled festival of learning!

The theme for this discovery workshop is "How to Help Line Managers Handle Difficult Conversations".

Our facilitator will give you a taste of how to approach workplace training that will help line managers address difficult conversations; maybe team dynamics need a shake-up, or an employee has personal or mental health concerns, or there is a performance management issue to tackle?

These conversations are important; they can’t be ignored. But many line managers struggle with ways to approach these critical conversations.

Improv can empower them with the right skills, techniques and new ways to frame these conversations and become the best line managers you have.
