​Join The Improv Place for a special 3-hour event dedicated to creating vivid, original poetry and narrative in the moment. This isn't your typical writing workshop; this is an interactive playground where the only script is your imagination.

​We invite seasoned poets, quick-witted improvisers, and anyone who simply loves the magic and rhythm of language. All you need is a willingness to play; no prior experience is necessary.

​We're gathering at the Seattle Children's Theatre - East Rehearsal Hall to explore how to generate lyrical expression on the spot. Forget the pressure of a blank page; the focus will be on:

• ​Spontaneous Creation: Learn techniques to turn sudden thoughts, single words, or audience prompts into immediate, compelling verses.
• ​The Power of Collaboration: Work side-by-side with other word lovers, weaving together poems and crafting cohesive narratives that spring to life in real-time.
