Inspired by the Sanskrit concept of Samskara (imprint), this event emphasizes positive change, mindfulness, and celebrating the potential for renewal, just like Groundhog Day invites us to reflect on cycles and transitions.
⭐️You’ll be greeted with hot tea and a choice of essential oil to be used during your yoga experience.
⭐️Attendees can have a quick browse of Ohmfit Activewear.
⭐️Enjoy a guided yoga flow to release old patterns and create new, empowering imprints. Yoga Nidrah, sound bowl and stress away eye cloths will finish out your practice. Tuning Forks available on request.
⭐️Materials will be provided for attendees to write down one habit or thought pattern they’d like to let go of and one to embrace.
⭐️Pause at the Let Go & Grow wall where attendees can post their intentions.
