The American Band is please to announce it's first concert of it's 2025-2026 Concert Series. “Impressions” showcases the music of Copland, Ellerby, Rudin, and Maslanka — composers who paint with sound. Like Monet and the Impressionist painters, these pieces capture mood, color, and atmosphere through rich, expressive orchestration.
This performance is a part of the University of Rhode Island's Bandpalooza which features the URI Wind Ensemble and Concert Band beginning at 1:00
