Join fellow young professionals for an engaging morning conversation about imposter syndrome - what it is, why so many people experience it, and how we can build greater confidence and trust in ourselves.
This session with Erica Johnsrud explores imposter syndrome as a common experience rooted in self-doubt and fear of being “found out,” helping participants identify their own patterns and triggers. It reframes self-trust as the key antidote, offering practical strategies like aligning with personal values, building on strengths, challenging negative self-talk, and cultivating self-awareness.
