IMPOSSIBLE TRIVIA! ~ August 2026 OFF-SCHEDULE

GET STUMPED every First Thursday of the month (or in this case, the LAST Thursday in August, as we're taking September off) with 45 trivia questions from a variety of categories, designed to astound, gobsmack, flummox, baffle, bamboozle, and vex! If you answer just one question correctly, you've done the impossible. If they're all too hard, ya can't say you weren't warned by the very name of the event itself! That said, I have never agreed with a single person I've ever heard say the words "I'm not good at trivia." We all have our niche! And what is trivia, but literally, the niche?
Cocktails at 8:30PM, trivia begins by 9:00PM. We play three games. Show up late to catch the second or third game, or leave after the first or second game if you have an earlier bedtime or somethin' else to do! Prizes will be awarded for each game as well as a grand prize for highest score of the entire night. It's drinks, it's movie tickets, it's classic works of literature and other books, it's beer-company swag, it's whatever dumb stuff people give me to re-distribute as prizes. Team size is limited to SIX per team, and admission is FREE but please buy drinks a-plenty!
I'll also typically do my best to ensure that there's free, fresh popcorn available on-site in basically whatever amount you could wish for. BRING YOUR OWN Bowl or Cup! (Right now I have paper popcorn bags, while supplies last, but still, feel free to BYOBoC.) And after trivia? Stick around for karaoke with KJ Grace!!
Calling this "August 2026 Off-Schedule" because again, instead of Impossible Trivia in September, we're making up for not having one earlier in August, by having one in late August. Or something...we'll most likely be back to a regular first-Thursday schedule come October. Summer gets a little wonky! Impossible Trivia! Mark yer calendars now...
