Implant Scan & Design Foundations
About this Event
About This Event
Join us for an immersive, one-day hands-on workshop focused exclusively on digital implant workflows using the Medit i900, Medit Arc B Grammetry System, and exocad.
Designed for dentists, specialists, and laboratory professionals looking to advance their digital implant workflows, this course takes participants through complete restorative cases—from single-unit implant restorations to full-arch All-on-X hybrid prostheses.
Throughout the day, attendees will scan, design, and complete multiple implant cases while receiving real-time instruction from experienced digital workflow educators.
Each participant will work at an individual workstation equipped with a Medit scanner, laptop, exocad software, and implant models, allowing every workflow to be completed from scan acquisition through final restoration design.
What You'll Learn
During this workshop, participants will complete three comprehensive digital implant workflows.
Single-Unit Screw-Retained Implant Restoration
• Capture an accurate implant scan using the Medit i900
• Learn proper scan body acquisition techniques
• Design a screw-retained implant crown in exocad
• Optimize emergence profile, occlusion, and restorative anatomy
Three-Unit Custom Abutment Bridge
• Scan a three-unit implant bridge case
• Design a custom abutment-supported bridge restoration
• Learn connector design principles
• Refine emergence profiles, contacts, and occlusion
Full-Arch All-on-X Workflow
• Capture a complete All-on-4 case using the Medit Arc B Grammetry System
• Verify implant positions using grammetry technology
• Design a full-arch hybrid prosthesis in exocad
• Understand digital full-arch restorative workflows from scan through final design
