Iowa Impact Minis (Ages 2–6)Our youngest athletes can jump into the fun with Impact Minis, a playful introduction to volleyball designed just for little movers. This 30-minute session from 6:00–6:30 PM focuses on basic movement, coordination, and having fun with the ball while building confidence in a positive environment.
Iowa Impact Champs (Ages 6+)
Ready for the next step? Impact Champs is perfect for athletes looking to build early volleyball skills and game confidence. This 45-minute session starting at 6:45 PM introduces passing, movement, teamwork, and exciting drills that help players fall in love with the game.
