These weekly drop-in sessions are designed to support you as you get started with the impact reporting platform.

Whether you’ve already attended the induction or you’re still finding your way around, these sessions offer a relaxed space to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and build confidence in using the system. We can support with everything from logging your first activities and understanding the different beneficiary categories, through to making sense of the data you’re capturing and how it contributes to the wider picture.

There’s no formal agenda. Just join when you need support, stay for as long as is useful, and bring whatever you’re working on.

These sessions are particularly useful in the early stages of onboarding, helping you move from registration to actively recording your impact in a way that’s clear, consistent and meaningful.
