💫 The Apotheka Circle is our cozy seasonal herbal workshop: In this Winter edition, we'll focus on immune health through every phase: prevention, support during illness, and post-recovery nourishment.
What's included: ⬇️
•2 hour in person Immune series herbal workshop or 1.5 hour online option
•Topics: key herbs, supplements and lifestyle strategies to support & boost your immune system.
•Each person will get to create 1 custom herbal blends to take home. (in person format)
•Warm tea will be served.
•A printed (or digital) handout of the key topics covered in the workshop.
•Discount 15% given for a one time use towards herbs for attending
