The essence of Namaste Nicola’s teaching is soulful, gently guiding you through the yoga experience to a deeper connection with yourself.

She has over 20 years of teaching in Australia and New Zealand, and over 300 hours of training with International lead trainers, and forever expanding her knowledge. The yoga philosophy, the poses, the movement now interweaves through her entire being, thinking, relationships with others and herself. Yoga isn’t something she does, it is who she is, and it is a joy to guide others in their hatha or yin practice.
