Prepare for a transformative journey in the unspoilt nature of Eryri. Over five days at Trigonos, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your true nature — and discover that you are capable of more than you think.
Each day we begin with meditation and yoga, followed by cold-water immersion in the lake. Through specific breathing techniques and mindful movement, we learn to meet the elements with strength, focus and intention.
During the days we walk, reflect, and gather in circle to share stories and deepen our awareness. Silence, ceremony and creativity help us give meaning to our experiences. In the evenings, we enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals and the warmth of the group.
Led by two experienced guides, this is an immersive experience — both in cold lakes and in the beauty of the Welsh landscape — that supports personal truth, clarity, and renewal.
