Join Alicia Grant, Certified Sound Frequency Practitioner, for an immersive evening of therapeutic sound in a spacious and peaceful private home setting in Lake Forest. Attendance is limited to maintain the intimate nature of the experience

Using crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, deep percussion, vocal toning, chimes, ocean drum, and other healing instruments, Alicia creates a relaxing sound experience designed to quiet the mind, ease tension, and help restore a sense of balance and well-being.

This special two-hour gathering includes one hour of immersive sound bath therapy followed by an hour of soft music, conversation, reflection, and community as you enjoy the benefits of your energetic reset.

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask if desired. Comfortable clothing is recommended. As this event is held in a private shoe-free home, please bring socks or indoor slippers.

The location is a spacious and comfortable private residence near Lake Forest Drive and Rancho Parkway.
