Immersive Technologies in Sport and Exercise
Monday 20th July at North Cloisters 12, St Luke’s Campus, University of Exeter
The Exeter Immersive Research Network is pleased to announce our fourth annual conference focussed on how immersive technologies such as virtual reality can impact sporting performance and engagement with exercise activities.
This day-long event will feature a keynote presentation from Dr Oliver Runswick (Kings College London), who will give an overview of his work using immersive technologies in science and education with a talk titled: New solutions to old problems? The potential of immersive technology in sport and exercise.
We will also be joined by Professor Cathy Craig (Ulster University and INCISIV.), who will give our industry keynote entitled: From the Lab to the Pitch: What happens when an academic tries to build a VR business.
