Join Liminal Stage Productions, Transmission (TX), dock10, Gelato VFX and Blackmagic Design for a deep-dive workshop exploring the creative and technical workflows behind The Present – the first UK scripted drama/narrative production to use the Blackmagic URSA CINE Immersive camera to create an immersive demonstrator for Apple Vision Pro.
Through a combination of presentational content, practical demonstrations, and in-headset experiences, this workshop will provide participants with an in-depth introduction to the production pipeline for 180° stereoscopic filmmaking, opening up the cutting-edge techniques that are shaping the future of spatial filmmaking.

Immersive technologies and other production innovations are opening up new markets and new spatial storytelling opportunities for creatives across theatre, TV, film and more. This workshop deep-dives into the creative and technical processes involved in stereoscopic filmmaking with the new Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive camera developed specifically for the Apple Vision Pro mixed-reality spatial computer/headset.

Aimed at immersive storytellers, filmakers, producers, creatives, crew and indie production companies from across the theatre, film, TV and immersive or XR industries looking to enter or expand within the immersive/spatial media space. This session explores the process of creating an immersive film experience with the Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive camera.
